Author Guidelines

Introduction

Applied Mathematics on Science and Engineering (AMSE) publishes high-quality, original research articles that advance the theory and application of mathematics in science, engineering, and related interdisciplinary fields. Authors are encouraged to read these guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.

Manuscript Length

There are no strict page or word limits. Authors should present their research clearly, concisely, and with sufficient detail to ensure reproducibility and scientific quality.

Free Format Submission

To simplify the submission process, AMSE offers Free Format Submission.
For the initial submission, manuscripts may be prepared in any clear and consistent academic format. Strict journal formatting is not required until the manuscript has been accepted.
The manuscript should include the following sections, where applicable:
Title
Author Information
Abstract
Keywords
Introduction
Materials and Methods
Results
Discussion
Conclusions
Funding Information
Author Contributions
Acknowledgements (optional)
Conflict of Interest Statement
Data Availability Statement (if applicable)
Ethical Statements (where applicable)
References

Formatting After Acceptance

After acceptance, authors will be requested to submit the editable source files.
The journal's production team will format the manuscript according to the official journal style before publication.
This approach enables authors to focus on the scientific quality of their research during submission while ensuring professional publication formatting.

LaTeX Support

Authors may prepare manuscripts using the journal's LaTeX template or Microsoft Word.
Authors submitting manuscripts in Microsoft Word may receive LaTeX formatting assistance after acceptance. Any formatting charges, where applicable, depend on the manuscript length and the complexity of mathematical expressions.
No formatting charges will be applied to manuscripts requiring only minimal LaTeX formatting.

The submitting author, who is normally the corresponding author, is responsible for ensuring that:
All eligible co-authors are included.
