Publication and Formatting Charges

There are no submission fees and no article processing charges (APCs) for accepted manuscripts.

Authors may prepare and submit manuscripts using any standard LaTeX template or formatting style, including AMS, IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, or other recognised formats. No specific template is required for initial submission.
After acceptance, authors are requested to provide the final editable source files (LaTeX or Word) for publication. Manuscripts that are already prepared in a suitable journal format and require minimal editorial processing will not incur any charges.
If a manuscript requires extensive LaTeX formatting, technical editing, reference formatting, equation formatting, figure/table preparation, or conversion into the journal layout, optional formatting assistance will be provided by the editorial team.

Optional Formatting Support Charges

LaTeX Formatting and Editorial Support: USD 100 or INR 5000 per accepted manuscript (no page limit).
This optional service charge includes:
LaTeX formatting
Reference and citation formatting
Equation, table, and figure formatting
Final publication preparation.

Authors who provide a properly prepared LaTeX source file requiring little or no formatting assistance will not be charged.
