Publication Charges

APC and Submission Fees

There are no submission fees or Article Processing Charges (APCs) for manuscripts submitted to the journal.

Other Charges

Following acceptance, an optional Publication Production and Technical Service Charge of USD 100 (INR 5000) per manuscript is available for authors who require professional technical layout and formatting support. Authors are not required to pay this fee to publish if they format their own final files in LaTeX according to standard scholarly guidelines. As this technical production service is optional, no waiver is applicable to this charge.

Authors may nevertheless choose the optional production service even when they have prepared their manuscript in LaTeX, particularly if they prefer the journal to handle the final formatting, typesetting, proof preparation, and priority production processing.

The optional service includes:
✓ Technical processing and preparation of the accepted manuscript
✓ Processing and typesetting of raw Word or unformatted LaTeX files
✓ Reference, citation, and bibliography formatting
✓ Equation and formula formatting
✓ Figure, graphic, and table preparation
✓ Journal typesetting, layout styling
✓ Final proof generation
✓ Priority technical production processing, when requested

Priority production processing applies only to the technical preparation and production stage after acceptance. It does not affect peer review, editorial decisions, or acceptance decisions.

Administrative Withdrawal Charge

Authors requesting withdrawal of a manuscript after peer review has commenced or after production has begun may be subject to an administrative withdrawal charge of USD 100 (INR 5,000), where applicable.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors may prepare and submit manuscripts using any standard LaTeX template or formatting style, including AMS, IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, or other recognised formats. No specific template is required for initial submission.
After acceptance, authors who wish to bypass the optional production service charge must provide their final editable source files completely and correctly formatted in LaTeX. Authors who cannot provide a correctly formatted LaTeX file may utilize the optional publication production service.
No payment is required at the time of manuscript submission. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made entirely independently of whether authors choose to use the optional production services.
